The Miller Face Shield PAPR system is designed for comfort, visibility, and increased productivity. Utilizing a high efficiency HEPA air filter and a battery life up to 10 hours, this system allows the operator to stay protected and productive all day. Its lightweight low-profile assembly with integrated shoulder straps maximizes wearability by reducing neck fatigue and lower back strain. Three flow rates and six-point ventilation system allows the operator to stay cool and customize the airflow to their needs. Two batteries included with each package!
High-Efficiency HEPA Air Filter
Protects against solid dust particles, metal fumes, and mists. Also stainless steel (hexavalent chromium), galvanized steel (zinc oxide), steel/manganese alloys, aluminum, cadmium and lead fumes.

Low-Profile Design
Unlike many other PAPR systems, the low-profile breathing tube is positioned at the bottom of the neck instead of the top of the head. This reduces neck fatigue often caused by other traditional systems. The tube also stays flat against the back for easy, unrestricted movement.
Exclusive Dualtec Manifold System
Optimizes balance and sound, while 6-point adjustable air vents that allow the operator to customize their cooling and air flow volume. Also helps to reduce dry eyes and nose.
360 Degree Swivel Air Hose Connection
360-degree connection and flexible tube material alleviates hose coiling, reducing trip hazards.
Integrated 3-Point Backpack-Style Shoulder Straps
Enhances comfort, reduces fatigue over long shifts by distributing system weight to alleviate back strain.
LCD Display
Allows operator to see fan speed, filter timer, battery level, and current time. Filter timer tracks how many hours of use the filter has.
Audible and Vibrating Alarms
Notifies users in noisy environments of low battery due to reduced airflow.
Lightweight Lithium-ion Battery
Provides long battery life (up to eight hours on high) with no memory retention from frequent charging (three-hour charge cycle). Rated for 500 charges. Two batteries included with each system.
Flame-Resistant Washable Head Seal with Ultra-Soft Outer Cuff
Enhances wear without causing skin irritation. Unique design can provide additional protection by covering the ears, or ease communication if placed in front of the ears. Cape offers necessary head protection in out-of-position applications.
